Lead Time
It takes us approximately two weeks to complete your custom frame from the time your order is confirmed. If you’d like an update on your order, want to discuss any changes, or just need some advice about your build during this two-week period, you’re always welcome to get in touch. If it looks like your order might take longer than two weeks, we’ll reach out to you directly to let you know.

Refunds & Cancellations
Because every frame is painted to order and work starts quickly, we do not offer refunds or cancellations on custom orders after 48 hours from when your order is placed. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. After that, your order will move into production and cannot be refunded or cancelled.

Changes to Colour & Decals
We’re often happy to accommodate changes to colours or decals, depending on how far
we are into the process. Please contact us as soon as possible if you’d like to request any changes—we’ll do our best, but can’t guarantee changes once production is underway.

Customer Responsibility
Please triple-check that all your custom specifications (colour, size, design details) are correct before confirming your order. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help before you commit. By placing a custom order with Stanton Bicycles, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
