EVERY TRAIL HAS POTENTIAL
The Sedona is built to help you find it.
The Sedona Gen V was born from a simple idea: trails don't need to be extreme to be fun.
Some bikes only come alive when the speed gets high or the terrain gets steep. The Sedona is different. It transforms everyday trails into something worth riding twice. The root you normally roll over becomes something to bunnyhop. The trail-side bank becomes a corner to lean into. The fallen tree becomes an opportunity, not an obstacle.
Part trail bike, part dirt jumper, part BMX in spirit, the Sedona brings a playful energy to every ride while retaining the comfort and capability needed for all-day adventures. It wakes up at slower speeds, thrives on tight, twisting singletrack, and constantly encourages you to look for new lines, hidden gaps, and creative ways through the trail.
It's a bike designed around the simple enjoyment of riding.
Built around 29" wheels with clearance for up to 2.6" tyres, the Sedona strikes a balance between confidence and agility. It carries speed when you want it to, but never feels reluctant to change direction or leave the ground. The geometry delivers a stable, planted feel through corners while retaining the lively handling that gives the bike its unique character.
A carefully positioned lower bottom bracket helps the bike carve turns with confidence, encouraging you to push harder and lean further. Up front, the stack height is deliberately generous. The result is a more comfortable riding position for long days in the saddle while also giving the bike its playful, front-wheel-light feel when it's time to manual, pump, or pop off trail features.
The seat tube is exceptionally short, allowing riders to run the longest dropper posts possible. Internal dropper routing keeps the insertion path completely clear, letting you make full use of the available seat tube length. Whether you're riding technical terrain or simply prefer maximum freedom of movement, the Sedona is ready for it.
We've also managed to fit space for two water bottles inside the main triangle, plus a third mount underneath the downtube for longer adventures where extra capacity matters.
Floating seatstays introduce a subtle degree of compliance, helping take the edge off rough terrain and reducing fatigue over longer rides. It's not something you'll necessarily notice immediately—but you'll appreciate it after a full day on the trail.
We’ve updated the Sedona for modern drivetrains with full UDH (Universal Derailleur Hanger) compatibility. That means the GenV Sedona is ready for the future — whether you’re running a mechanical drivetrain today or eyeing up a SRAM T-Type Transmission build down the line.
By adopting the UDH standard, we’ve made derailleur alignment more precise, crash recovery easier, and replacement hangers universal — no more searching for proprietary parts. The UDH system also ensures perfect integration with SRAM’s latest direct-mount, hangerless drivetrains, so your Sherpa is fully Transmission-ready straight out the gate.
Frame Fitting FAQs
BSA Threaded 73mm - Hope BB
The Stanton Sedona is engineered specifically for a 120mm fork. While you can stretch it to 130mm for a slightly more aggressive "down-country" feel, going over 120mm will raise the front end and alter the playful, BMX-style handling the frame is known for.
