Register Your Bike
All our frames from the Next Gen series and beyond are covered by our lifetime warranty against damage from manufacturing defects, and is in effect for the original, registered owner. Paint and decal damages are covered for 1 year following purchase. This warranty doesn’t cover standard wear and tear, intentional damage, or general neglect. If you don’t love your bike then we can’t help you!
If we deem a frame defective, we will repair or replace them at our discretion. For us to determine if a frame is defective, the frame must be returned to Stanton Bikes Ltd at the following address
Unit, 3 Holly Ln, Tansley, Matlock DE4 5FF
Cost of shipping the frame to Stanton Bikes for inspection must be covered by the frame owner. However, if we find there to be a manufacturing fault, Stanton Bikes will replace the frame and reimburse you for the cost of shipping.
If you live outside the EU, Stanton Bikes will not accept liability for any import and duty costs, which lie solely with you, the customer.
This warranty is void if the frame has any modifications or damage other than the damage reported.
In order to register your frame for a lifetime warranty, fill in the form on this page and you’re good to go!
Oh and did you know we have a crash replacement policy that’s practically the same as the above? If you’ve damaged your frame because of a crash, so much so that you can’t use it anymore, send it to us for inspection and we’ll get you a replacement frame for 35% off the RRP.
On top of this, we’ve also got our trade in policy. If your Stanton frame is in a condition that means it’s valid for resale (not bent, dented or majorly damaged in any way), you can return it to us and have the value of the frame deducted off your next frame purchase through the site. Just return it to us for inspection, and at our discretion we’ll work out a reasonable amount to take off your next frame.
The above applies to just Stanton Bikes made frames, and doesn’t cover any of our component parts or spares, products made by other companies, old bobble hats, broken mugs or tatty t shirts.
